Importância da Fisioterapia Precoce em Pacientes Pós-Operatório de Artroplastia Total de Joelho

Resumo: Analisar artigos científicos que realizaram estudos com pacientes pós-operatórios de Artroplastia Total de Joelho (ATJ), tendo a implementação de condutas de reabilitação precoce e ultraprecoce, como por exemplo os protocolos ERAS (Enhanced Recovery After Surgery), dentre outros recursos associados à este.
Métodos: Revisão bibliográfica de 34 artigos científicos para avaliar os benefícios, desvantagens e resultados de programas de reabilitação com protocolos precoces e recursos associados, como eletroterapia, fortalecimento da articulação operada e mobilizações precoces em até 4 semanas.
Resultados: Todos os artigos lidos encontram benefícios na fisioterapia precoce ou ultra precoce e excelentes ganhos de Amplitude de Movimento (ADM), força e resistência muscular, e funcionalidade do paciente.
Conclusão: A fisioterapia precoce deve ser implementada nos protocolos de reabilitação de paciente pós operados de Artroplastia Total de Joelho, visto que a inicialização da reabilitação o quanto antes, gera inúmeros benefícios.
